Suppliers Code of Conduct
As a holding company, TIDLOR, defines policy frameworks and provides overall governance, while operational execution is carried out by the Subsidiary. The Company recognizes procurement as a critical process supporting efficient, transparent operations aligned with sustainable development principles, balancing economic, social, environmental, and governance dimensions.
To establish supply chain governance, the Group, developed a Supplier Code of Conduct and Supplier ESG Assessment, published on the Company website, to encourage suppliers and service providers to operate ethically and in line with organizational standards.
Scope and Principles of the Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct applies to suppliers, service providers, contractors, and subcontractors supporting the Group, covering four core areas:
- Business ethics
- Human rights
- Labor practices, occupational health and workplace safety
- Environment
In parallel, the Supplier ESG Assessment covers five areas: products and services, business operations, social, environmental, and social responsibility.

The Group appoint Procurement and Policy Compliance functions as key owners for managing suppliers and service providers across the supply chain, while TIDLOR, provides overall policy direction and governance.
Regular training and knowledge refresh on procurement and ESG topics are provided to relevant functions to strengthen understanding and enhance supply chain risk management capability.
