In addition to promoting financial inclusion, the Revolving Cash Card (TIDLOR Card) and E-Billing/E-Receipt service will contribute positively to the environment by reducing energy and paper consumption.

Monitoring system based on project metrics toward annual goals

In 2024, the company achieved significant growth on TIDLOR Cards, with over 735,000 customers utilizing our card services, facilitating over 10 billion baht in withdrawals without requiring customers to visit our branches. The introduction of our mobile app’s E-Withdrawal feature has been particularly successful, led to a substantial shift in customer behavior, with more than half of our customer base now primarily using our app for E-Withdrawals, catering to the growing demand for convenient and accessible emergency funds.

During the year, NTL conducted joint initiatives including e-waste collection to exchange for internet access for remote schools, e-Waste Day communication with Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), and public awareness videos on proper e-waste disposal. Additional projects were implemented with SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) and the Wake Up Waste platform by SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited, supporting correct waste segregation and recycling, exchanging waste for 10 additional recycled chairs for office areas, and promoting waste-sorting knowledge from internationally recognized experts.

Greenhouse Gas Mitigation

In 2025, the group recorded direct GHG emissions of 3,488 tCO2e and indirect GHG emissions of 6,224 tCO2e, totaling 9,712 tCO2e. Measured emissions across all three scopes and prepared its corporate carbon footprint as follows:
